Moody Fall Florals at Temples Sugar Bush
About the wedding
M&M were married at Temples Sugar Bush in Lanark. I love the ceremony space there that they have amongst the trees. It really feels like you are getting married in an enchanted forest.
The colours we used for this wedding were a mixture of muted fall tones with white accents featuring toffee and white roses, white lisianthus, white caspia, hot biscuit amaranthus, a mixture of greenery that included olive, eucalyptus and agonis. We also used dried accents like pampas, preserved ruscus, and bunny tails. We created flowers for the Bridal party and adorned the aisle as well as the beautiful arbour on site.
The Groom and Groomsmen wore boutonnieres that were simply but lovely carrying in some of the flowers we used in the Bridal bouquet like white lisianthus, amaranthus, caspia, bunny tails and greenery accents.
For the reception space, we accented the candles on the table by laying down a mixture of greenery around them. We used eucalyptus and italian ruscus greenery with accents of white caspia, the preserved ruscus and bunny tails. The greenery circled around the candles and created a simply beautiful accent to the space.
The arbour piece was brought inside after the ceremony and used as the perfect backdrop for the couple sitting behind them on the fireplace mantle. We love when a piece can be dual purpose!
